
Join me for yoga among the wildflowers for a slow, grounding practice designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect.
This isn’t about rushing through poses — it’s a chance to slow down, feel your body, and be present in the moment. We’ll move through a gentle, accessible yoga practice, leaving you feeling more balanced, clear, and mindful.
We'll take the mindfulness into the next part of the experience which is bouquet-making. You will choose your favorite pre-cut blooms and create your own masterpiece!
Bring a mat if you have one (though I have a decent amount of extras).
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, you’ll be contacted the day before with the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
